Cambria reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if any of the prizes (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Cambria will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Cambria.

PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. CAMBRIA DISCLAIMS ALL AND ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACTUAL PROVISION, QUALITY OR NATURE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ACCEPTED BY THE WINNER.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating in this contest/sweepstakes, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Cambria, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest/sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

By entering this contest/sweepstakes, all Participants release Cambria, the prize manufacturers, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability in connection with any claims, costs, damages, losses, injuries, accident, or death arising out of or related to Participant's entry, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information provided in this contest/sweepstakes. Neither Cambria nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this contest/sweepstakes.

NOTE: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website, tamper with the entry process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this contest/sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Cambria reserves the right to cooperate in the prosecution of such individual(s) and to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By accepting the prizes described above, all winners release Cambria, the prize manufacturers, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability in connection with any claims, costs, damages, losses, injuries, accident, or death arising out of or related to (1) winner's entry, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (2) winner 's and/or any third party's use, sale, or disposal of the prize.

RELEASE:

All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required executed documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. All winners hereby consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by Cambria for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

TAX CONSEQUENCES:

All taxes (including, but not limited to federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes) are the responsibility of any winner. The determination of liability for any taxes that may arise out of the Participant's entry in the sweepstakes (including the Participant's receipt of any prizes), and the payment of any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

However, should federal, state, provincial, and/or local law impose any tax reporting or filing obligations on Cambria arising out of the Participant's entry in the sweepstakes (including the Participant's receipt of any prizes), the Participant agrees to timely provide Cambria with any information that is reasonably necessary for Cambria to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations. In addition, should federal, state, provincial, and/or local law impose any tax withholding obligation on Cambria with respect to Participant's receipt of any prizes, the Participant agrees to such withholding and shall timely provide any information to Cambria as may be required for Cambria to accomplish such withholding.

PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Participant understands and agrees that Cambria shall use the personally identifiable information provided by the Participant solely for the following purposes: (1) Participant's entry into this contest/sweepstakes, (2) to comply with Participant's request to receive Cambria Style magazine and related communications, and (3) to comply with Participant's request to receive communication through third-party social media, i.e. Facebook or Twitter.

GENERAL:

Cambria shall be deemed sole interpreter of the Official Rules. If for any reason this contest/sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Participants, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Cambria, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest/sweepstakes, Cambria reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect entry or Participant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest/sweepstakes.

Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this contest/sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Le Sueur County, Minnesota, United States of America. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant's or winner's rights and obligations, or Cambria's rights and obligations in connection with this contest/sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America.
